This update makes it easier for people to find the right site across multiple locations and book parking spaces within Archie.
Here are the details.
Campuses: a clearer way to pick a space
If your organization has more than one location, a single long list of spaces gets messy fast. With campuses, you can group locations together so employees and admins choose from a cleaner, more organized list.
Campuses work on the web and in the mobile app, so the booking experience stays the same wherever people book.
A better parking setup
Manage and book parking spots by level, right inside Archie. There’s a floor-plan view so people can easily see the layout and you can offer public booking for guests. The CSV import helps you set up spots quickly. Members can book from Archie and from Microsoft Teams.

Smaller improvements and changes
You can now invite a colleague to book a desk or room. When you are collaborating on a meeting or would like a coworker to sit right next to you, you can send an Archie invite via email, Slack, or a Teams message with available times and a link to complete the booking.
If you operate multiple locations and many employees, Archie can now match the right users to the right location more reliably with SCIM.
