This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal data when you visit or use any websites, applications, products or services operated by us (together, the “Sites” or “Services”), or otherwise interact with us.
By accessing our Sites, using our Services, or signing an Order Form with us, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy. Where Archie processes personal data on behalf of a customer in connection with the provision of the Services, Archie acts as a data processor and such processing is governed by the applicable agreement between Archie and that customer, including Archie’s Data Processing Addendum where applicable.
In most cases, our customers act as the data controllers of the personal data processed through the Services, and Archie acts as a data processor on their behalf.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate and where personal data is processed.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our Sites or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our Sites, apps, subscribe to our service, search for a product, company, location or user, place an order on our Sites, enter a competition, promotion or survey, enter profile information on our Sites, register with or link to a third party account such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Google and when you report a problem with our Sites. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph, company name, skills, interests, occupation, job title, links to your accounts with third party applications such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Google.
If you choose to connect a third-party calendar, directory or contact integration to your Archie account, we may access and process certain data from that third-party service in accordance with the permissions granted by you or your organization and the configuration of the integration. This may include, for example, calendar event metadata, availability information, contact names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, directory attributes, or group information. We generally seek to access only the data reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality requested by you or your organization. Automated processes may analyze such data only as necessary to provide the Services, including booking management, scheduling, workspace administration, visitor management, or related support and security functions.
Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our Sites we may automatically collect the following information:
technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, platform and device type;
information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our Sites (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number. We may also use tools that help us understand how users interact with our Sites and Services, including session replay, troubleshooting, analytics and usability tools. Where such tools are used, we take reasonable steps to avoid collecting more personal data than necessary and to configure them appropriately.

Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws and privacy rights, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, as well as the right to object to certain processing or request data portability. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Where Archie processes personal data on behalf of a customer (as a data processor), the relevant customer is responsible for responding to such requests. If we receive such a request directly, we may redirect it to the relevant customer.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority if you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable law.
Where personal data is processed by Archie on behalf of a customer, that customer is responsible for determining the purposes and means of such processing and for ensuring that its use of the Services complies with applicable laws.
Our Sites are not intended for and shall not be used by anyone under the age of 18.
