Archie earns TrustRadius Top Rated 2026 Awards and sweeps G2 quarterly badges across four workspace categories.
As a software company, there are plenty of ways we can measure success. New features, new customers, product improvements, and partnerships all matter. But few things are more meaningful than hearing directly from the people who use your product every day.
That’s why we’re excited to share that Archie has been named a winner of three 2026 TrustRadius Top Rated Awards, earning recognition in:
- Workspace Planning
- Gestion des visiteurs
- Meeting Room Booking
In fact, Archie was the only product recognized in the Workspace Planning category. It was also one of just two products recognized in Visitor Management and one of only three products recognized in Meeting Room Booking.

TrustRadius is a trusted B2B software review platform that helps procurement teams and software buyers evaluate vendors using real customer feedback. Its annual Top Rated Awards are based entirely on verified reviews, customer satisfaction scores, and market traction.
To qualify, products must receive at least 10 new reviews in the past 12 months, maintain a meaningful presence in their category, and achieve a TrustRadius score of 7.5 or higher. In 2026, only 375 products from 209 vendors earned Top Rated status across 519 software categories.
That makes this recognition especially meaningful to us because it comes directly from our customers and their experiences using Archie every day.
Recognition across multiple workplace categories
Software buyers have no shortage of options today. Many tools look similar on paper, which can make it hard to tell which products actually work well in real workplaces.
That is why the TrustRadius Top Rated Awards matter. They are based entirely on verified customer feedback from people actively using the software. There is no analyst ranking, paid placement, or judging panel involved.
For Archie, this recognition is especially meaningful because workplace management is a crowded and fast-growing market, yet only a handful of products earned Top Rated recognition in these categories. Archie was recognized in Workspace Planning, Visitor Management, and Meeting Room Booking, making it one of the few workplace platforms to earn recognition across multiple areas of workplace management.
What’s interesting about it is that many workplace technology vendors focus on a single use case. Some specialize in visitor management. Others focus on desk booking, meeting room scheduling, or coworking operations.
Archie takes a broader approach. Archie Desks and Rooms, Archie Visitors, and Archie Coworking support a wide range of workplace environments, from corporate offices and hybrid workplaces to coworking spaces and flex operators. Instead of relying on multiple disconnected tools, organizations can manage visitors, desks, meeting rooms, and people from a single platform.
Recognition across multiple categories highlights the breadth of functionality customers are actively using and reviewing. It also reflects Archie’s continued focus on building software that is easy to deploy, simple to use, and flexible enough to support different workplace models.
Most importantly, it reflects what customers are already saying through their reviews: Archie helps them manage their workplaces with less complexity and more confidence.
“This is the second year in a row we’ve received the Top Rated accolade. I’m very happy to see it as proof that customers have an excellent experience with Archie even as we scale. Our reviews on G2 and Capterra are telling the same story.”

Customers continue to rate Archie highly
The 2026 TrustRadius Top Rated Awards build on a series of recent recognitions driven by customer feedback.
Earlier this year, Archie was included in G2’s 2026 Best Office Management Software Products rankings and ranked #1 on Capterra’s 2026 Visitor Management Shortlist with an overall score of 95 out of 100. Archie was also recognized by SoftwareReviews in 2025–2026 for strong user sentiment and value.

Archie’s recent G2 badges add to that momentum. Unlike annual awards, G2’s quarterly reports offer a more regular look at how customers are rating and reviewing a product. In Q2 2026, Archie earned leadership badges across five G2 categories:
- Gestion des visiteurs
- Space Management
- Meeting Room Booking Systems
- Réservation de bureau
- Hybrid Enablement
The recognition spans multiple company sizes and regions, including Enterprise, Mid-Market, Europe, and EMEA.
Some of the standout badges came from Visitor Management, where Archie earned Leader status across the overall, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments, along with Best Results and Best Relationship for Enterprise. In Space Management, Archie received Leader badges across overall, Small Business, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Mid-Market EMEA, and Mid-Market Europe segments.
Together, these awards point to a consistent trend: customers continue to rate Archie highly across different workplace management categories, company sizes, and regions.
The themes behind the reviews
User feedback is the most reliable indicator of true product-market fit. Reviews are not just isolated data points; when consolidated, they reveal consistent patterns and offer buyers trustworthy, peer-to-peer market intelligence.
The recurring themes in Archie user reviews point directly to the platform’s ability to solve modern workplace friction:
- Rapid Deployment: The platform is easy to deploy. Archie Desks, Rooms, and Visitors typically go live within days. Archie Coworking can be set up within several weeks. (These are competitive timeframes.)
- Intuitive Design: The interface requires minimal training for both admins and daily users and Archie is configurable to different booking rules, member tiers, visitor types, etc. Changes post onboarding are intuitive, so technical expertise isn’t required for alterations.
- Responsive Support: Users consistently highlight a reliable, fast-acting support team, a recurring differentiator.
If software companies want to scale, having an ear to the customer’s voice is fairly crucial. While it wouldn’t be completely true to say this is an emerging industry, it’s definitely correct that some of the problems Archie solves wouldn’t have been common a decade ago. When we talk to customers (potential or existing), we pick up on these – manual burdens that come hand-in-hand with new RTO policies, coworking operators juggling an inflated tech stack.
Archie is built for these complexities.

Archie keeps pace with how workplaces are evolving
According to CBRE research, 89% of large organizations now implement a hybrid work plan. These vary, with some mandating that employees come in certain days of the week and others operating a more flexible schedule, combining remote and in-office work.
Offices are changing to accommodate this. Workplaces are increasingly dynamic environments, where teams come in on different days, share spaces, and rotate seating.
Managing this, though, is time-consuming. Manual upkeep is prone to poorer management and poorer adoption. These are the very problems that erode the value of a hybrid model before it has a chance to work.
This friction is driving a demand for software that seamlessly coordinates people and spaces. A Cisco study highlighted that 93% of employers consider robust collaboration tools essential for:
- Knowing which desks are free and reserving in advance,
- Finding meeting rooms with the correct setup,
- Figuring out colleagues’ schedules and desk reservations.

These needs overlap closely with coworking platform capabilities.
Archie Coworking has existed since 2016, so it was a comfortable move to translate many of the same features into Desk Booking, Room Booking, and Visitor Management software for offices to fulfill the growing market demand.
The global coworking market is projected to nearly triple its current $21 billion valuation by the early 2030s. The visitor management software industry is growing at a 12.7% CAGR. We’re happy to report that Archie is well-positioned to grow alongside both.
Archie’s customizability means our customer base is diverse. Corporate headquarters and coworking operations are two natural environments using Archie, but many flex spaces need better office management or enjoy Archie for a more professional way to manage visitors.
Our accolades are a consistent signal that Archie is delivering real value to the people and organizations that rely on it. As the workplace continues to evolve, Archie is built to evolve with it!
