Step 1
Before the visit, the system sends an email with all the details, including directions, safety requirements, and even a link for health screening if needed. Walk-in visitors can also register on the spot.
Step 2
When the visitor arrives, they sign in using a phone or tablet — entering their details, taking a quick photo, and digitally signing any required documents. If they were pre-registered, they can simply scan a QR code for a faster check-in.
