In our Hybrid Office plan, a resource is a desk, a meeting room or an office set up within Archie. If you have 100 employees and 50 desks, most solutions would charge for 100 users. However, we would charge for 50 resources instead. This makes pricing more predictable and more advantageous to our clients.

In our Coworking Space Plans, an active user is defined as a personal account or its related company account that is subscribed to a plan, makes a booking, or receives an invoice within a target month. It means that inactive clients or leads are not considered as active users if they do not meet one of the rules above. In our Hybrid Office Plans, Archie does not count active users, plans are based on resources.

After that, you can choose how much involvement you would like to get from our team during the set-up from different set-up and onboarding plans .
