With Archie Coworking, the booking experience was completely revamped. Guests can now book a space directly from the website using guest checkout — no login required. This small change made a big impact, especially for one-time or casual visitors.
For regular users, the Archie mobile app gave them quick, on-the-go booking at any time. Behind the scenes, Crew Collective’s admin team can now easily manage member types, automate permissions, and handle access rules — all with much less manual work.
Archie also introduced Crew Collective to the Visitors app, which made it easy to handle check-ins and keep logs updated in real time. Visitors receive a QR code and complete a digital health check before arriving.
