Archie Presence
Tracks attendance from laptop or mobile with nothing for employees to scan, tap, or remember.
Badge swipe
Pulls attendance straight from your access control system, so a swipe at the door is all it takes.
QR code
One scan at the reserved desk or meeting room both confirms their booking and logs attendance.
Visitor
Guests register by kiosk, tablet, or touchless check-in, and Archie logs every visit.

How is Presence different from badge swipes or Wi-Fi tracking?
A badge swipe only counts the person who swipes, so people who walk in together get missed. Wi-Fi tracking depends on employees’ phones and background refresh. Presence runs on company laptops, so nobody has to do anything.
Does Presence monitor what employees do on their laptops?
Does it work across multiple offices?
Does Presence track employees outside the office?
