With more than 600 hot desks, spread over two floors and divided between a publicly accessible area and a private area with secure access, GARAGE optimizes the very concept of workspace without disturbing it.

GARAGE meets all levels of practicality, security and confidentiality; in addition to their numerous hot desks, their amenities include 19 meeting rooms, 1 creativity room, 7 phone booths, 2 amphitheatres, 2 modular spaces (from 35 to 400 people), 1 kitchen/dining room, 1 tea room, and several relaxation areas.

Challenges

Constantly reinventing itself to respond to the ever-evolving world of business, GARAGE’s dynamic environment stimulates creativity and productivity for freelancers, enterprises, and everything in between.

In order to fulfill their goal of creating a work environment in which innovation can flourish, they needed a robust management software that would support all aspects of their large operations.

First, the collaborative space that offers individual and enterprise plans knew they needed a platform that would help easily manage the distinctive membership types and plans. Invoicing and billing automation, help desk support, as well as customizable rules, permissions, and user segmentations, were also on the docket of requisites. Additionally, to create the best and most secure user experience possible, GARAGE knew they would need an access control system native to the software.

To support the coworking space’s focus on optimizing the workspace, Archie provides useful analytics tools such as usage, occupancy and revenue tracking. Key reports on data collected can be easily and quickly accessed from the desktop dashboard and can also be exported in just a few clicks. This helped them with the forecasting of revenue occupancy as well as providing better insight on the inventory and the history of the offices.

Aside from enhancing the brand image and adding a layer of professionalism, the entirely white-label mobile app helped achieve a better, more thorough, tech-enabled experience. Naturally, the main function allows members to use the app to book a space in just a few clicks, but the app also sports a help desk feature where users can issue tickets and receive support in real-time.
