For several years, Le Studio has been working to create an inspiring place that encourages creativity, productivity and collaboration. The coworking space, native to France, holds two locations in Rouen and aims to be a real booster for the professional development of entrepreneurs and freelancers alike.

Their mission is to design workspaces in which members can find everything they need to carry out their activity and also find a community of people with common values: benevolence, sharing, listening, and the desire to achieve professional fulfillment while keeping the notion of pleasure.

Challenges

In order to fulfill their goal of creating a work environment in which innovation can flourish, they needed a robust management software that would support all aspects of their large operations while providing a simple and pleasant user experience.

The right management platform for the Collective also needed clever and efficient admin tools on the back-end such as automated membership management, credit card payments, and the creation of different customer segments controlling permissions for things such as opening hours, and which space to have access to.

Naturally, they also needed a booking software for their dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, event spaces, and private offices. The reservation system needed to be operational directly from their website through a guest checkout or account checkout as well as on a mobile app for frequent users.

Holding particular importance to the quality of their customer service and a strong sense of community, the coworking entrepreneur wanted a management software that would reflect the unique experience they provide through a fully branded mobile app providing access to all member services.

Our platform not only enables visibility of contract type, duration, and other essential details it also fully automates the invoicing and billing process. Ultimately, we were able to help them achieve better management and overview of their bookkeeping.

Aside from enhancing the brand image and adding a layer of of professionalism, the entirely white-label mobile app helped achieve a better, more complete, tech-enabled experience. Naturally, the primary function allows members to use the app to book a space in just a few clicks, but the app also sports a help desk feature where users can issue tickets and receive support in real-time.
