We have some exciting news to share…
Archie has been named one of G2’s Best Office Management Software Products for 2026! This list is part of G2’s annual Best Software Awards, which are built from verified, timely user reviews plus market presence data.
Archie is a Best Office Management Software winner again
For the second year in a row, Archie has been named one of G2’s Best Office Management Software Products, ranking #8 on the top 25 list. And because G2 lists 950 total products in this category, a #8 ranking puts Archie in the top ~1% of Office Management Software products on G2.

What this G2 award means
G2 is one of the biggest software marketplaces, and its Best Software Awards are designed to spotlight products that customers genuinely rate highly, based on real-world use and feedback.
For the Office Management Products list, G2 looked at a very competitive field:
- 950 total products in the category
- 47 products that met the eligibility requirements for 2026
- 25 winners overall, with 21 returning from last year and 4 new entrants, which G2 describes as a 16% change from the 2025 list
So being included in the winners list is already a big deal. And ranking in the top 10 is an even stronger signal that customers are getting real value from the product.
What makes this award especially meaningful is that it is not decided by a small panel of judges. It is built from what customers actually submit on G2, during a defined review period, using consistent scoring that reflects both user satisfaction and market presence.
How G2 chooses winners
G2’s Best Software Awards are built around two simple ideas:
- First, how happy real users are with the product (this is the Satisfaction score).
- Second, how strong the product looks in the market overall (this is the Market Presence score).
G2 uses both, so the results reflect real customer experience, but also the bigger picture of how widely a product is used and recognized.
Satisfaction score (what users say)
The Satisfaction score comes from G2 reviews. When people leave a review, they answer questions that help show what it is like to use the product day to day. For example, G2 looks at signals tied to things like:
- Ease of use: Is it simple to learn and navigate?
- Meets requirements: Does it actually do what teams need it to do?
- Quality of support: When users need help, do they get it quickly and clearly?
- Ease of setup and admin: Is it straightforward to roll out and manage?
G2 also tries to make the score feel “current” and reliable, not based on one-off feedback from years ago. That is why reviews are weighted using factors like:
- Recency: Newer reviews usually matter more than older ones.
- Volume: If lots of people are reviewing the product, the score is more trustworthy.
- Quality: More complete, detailed reviews can carry more weight than very short ones.
Market Presence score (how established a product is)
Market Presence is about the product’s footprint in the market. It is not only about popularity. It is more about signals that suggest the company and product are real, active, and widely used.
Market Presence can include inputs like:
- Review signals on G2, such as the number of reviews in a category (often weighted by category).
- Company and employee data from well-known third-party sources (for example, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Crunchbase).
- Web presence signals, like how visible the product is online (traffic and other indicators that suggest market awareness).
How G2 compares products fairly
One tricky part of rankings is that not all categories are equally competitive. Some have hundreds of vendors fighting for attention, and others are smaller.
To make comparisons fair, G2 normalizes scores within each category on a 0–100 scale. That means products are judged relative to their direct competitors in the same category, instead of being compared in a messy, apples-to-oranges way.
For the Best Software lists, G2 then combines category scores into an overall score, and also weights the results based on category competitiveness. So a strong performance in a very competitive space can carry different weight than the same score in a less crowded space.
How G2 keeps it credible
G2 puts a lot of effort into making sure its reviews are real and reliable. That matters, because awards based on reviews are only as good as the review quality behind them.
- Every review goes through moderation. Reviews are checked before they are published, so the platform is not just accepting anything that gets submitted.
- They verify reviewer identities using a lot of signals. G2 says it uses more than 43 data points to help confirm that a review comes from a real person with real product experience.
- A large share of reviews do not make the cut. G2 also says it rejects more than one-third of submitted reviews because they do not meet its guidelines or quality standards.
That is a big reason these awards carry weight. It is not just about collecting feedback, it is about filtering for feedback that is credible, recent, and coming from real users.

Why we care about this (and why you might too)
Awards are nice, but the real value is what sits behind the badge. A G2 award is based on feedback from real users, which makes it a more meaningful kind of recognition.
For us, this tells a clear story:
- Teams are using Archie in real workplaces, not just trying it out. It is being used day to day, by teams that have real schedules, real visitors, and real office logistics to manage.
- The product is performing where it matters most. Office management software has to be dependable. People rely on it for everyday tasks like bookings, check-ins, and keeping workplaces running smoothly. Being recognized here suggests Archie is holding up on the essentials, like reliability, rollout, and support.
- We are standing out in a crowded category. This is a competitive space with lots of tools. Seeing Archie on this list means we are not just present, we are genuinely being chosen and recommended.
And if you are currently comparing office management tools, lists like this can be a helpful shortcut. They will not replace a proper trial or a detailed evaluation, but they are a strong place to start because they are grounded in what buyers and users are actually saying.

What’s next
To everyone who has taken the time to review Archie, share feedback, or send feature requests: thank you. This award reflects what you have experienced day to day, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share it.
Even with recognition like this, our focus stays the same:

We will keep improving the everyday workflows that matter most, like desk and room bookings, visitor check-ins, and clear space insights that help teams understand what is happening in the workplace.
And we will keep putting real energy into fast, helpful support, because when something comes up, you need answers and solutions, not a waiting game.
