This release is mainly about cutting friction at the door for guests and hosts. You can now help guests prepare before they arrive, visitors can check in faster, and some more incremental changes for visitor management.
Faster, friendlier check-ins
1. Touchless check-ins
Touchless check-in lets visitors complete the process without interacting with hardware at all. Once scanning the QR code, they can complete the process by themselves on their phones. This is particularly useful if you have peak arrival times or your space hosts events: they no longer need to wait for an open tablet.

2. Advance check-ins
Advance check-in lets guests complete most of the process before they even arrive – everything except taking their photo can be done offsite. So when they show up, check-in takes seconds: they confirm their presence, the system already has everything on file, the host is notified immediately, and they’re added to the present list.

3. Videos and calendar invites on visit flows
Welcome your guests as soon as they receive their invite. You can now add a welcome video or instructions directly into a visit type, showing them your space, or giving them specified info about what to do when they arrive. Visit confirmations now also include a link for guests to add the appointment straight to their own calendar.
Built for scale, not just single visits
1. Bulk visit creation
Import contacts from a visit list to register multiple visitors at once with no manual entry needed. Perfect for events or any time you need to create a large group, skipping the repetitive admin.

2. Faster exports & downloads
Export your visit list to a spreadsheet for reporting or data migration, and download invoices in bulk as a compressed zip file — faster and more reliable when you’re working with large volumes.
3. Evacuation mode: keep safe visitors checked in
When an evacuation ends, once marked as “safe” you can choose to keep visitors checked in. This prevents you from losing track of who’s still on site.
4. Visitor app and record improvements
You now have more scope to change the finer details of visitor flows and customize walk-in options by visit type – especially useful if your front desk handles a mix of guest purposes. For better records, visitors who check in and don’t check out are handled more cleanly.
5. Badges and SMS fixes
Badges can now be reprinted easily if the initial print fails. And SMS activity logs are easier to review.
