As the headline suggests, things are moving fast here at Archie.
And while our customers have definitely noticed how our products are evolving, we have not always been the best at communicating that to the rest of the world.
So here’s a mega-update with everything that our product team shipped in just 30 days.
(Okay, it was closer to 5 and a half weeks. And we also released more than 30 updates. But “30 in 30” was just a better headline 😉 )
As we build the most complete and user friendly workspace management software, here are some guiding principles we follow:

- Quality and not just quantity
- Customer feedback
That’s not just blah blah, here are some practical examples of what that means.
Improvements across all of our products
As we’ve grown into a multi-product platform, you’ll notice that most of these updates aren’t just for our coworking customers—they benefit everyone using Archie. For example, our new delivery management features work great in both coworking and traditional office settings. The official Slackbot is now live, allowing any customer to set it up to receive notifications for the events that matter most. And with the Archie Kiosk TV app, the improvements apply broadly as well. Our platform is evolving quickly because the efforts of our product team are resulting in significant enhancements for all of our customers. When we improve our visitor management module, we know all of our coworking customers will benefit from that too, and vice versa.
Quality (not just quantity)
While this is an extensive list of updates, we are not here to just count the number of features or integrations we rolled out. Our goal is to elevate the experience for our customers with everything we introduce. For example, we noticed that while our customers appreciated our access control integrations, they were missing out on certain unlock methods—so we added those in. And when it comes to payments, unlike most competitors we developed our new integration with GoCardless to work alongside other payment providers like Stripe. This gives our customers the flexibility to use different providers for different payment methods. These are the kinds of updates that might seem small but make a big difference once you’re using the product.
Customer feedback
Our customers asked for the option to easily run Google Analytics on their sites. Instead of just enabling Google Analytics, we understood that their ultimate goal was to better understand user behavior and further customize the experience for them.
So on top of Google Analytics, we simultaneously released a Google Tag Manager option so that our customers can run any other analytics solution they would like as well as other tools to further customize their Archie sites.

Here’s everything that went live over the past few weeks:
New product features
1) Delivery management: With Archie deliveries you can automatically notify members and employees when they have a package ready for pickup. Alternatively you can choose to only notify selected admins instead of the receiver of the package. This highly requested feature is available in our coworking and visitor management plans and will make it was faster and more efficient for your team to manage deliveries.
2) Archie Kiosk for TV: Transform your touchscreen TV into a standalone app, allowing users to effortlessly search for availability and member details, or for visitors to sign-in. This feature is perfect for common areas, enhancing accessibility and user experience.
3) Self-Sign-Up Enabled: Streamline your registration process with the new self-sign-up feature. Enable this in your global settings to add a convenient registration link to your sign-in pages across web and mobile platforms, making it easier for new users to join.
4) Auto-Charge for New Accounts: Simplify billing with the auto-charge setting for new accounts. This feature ensures that all new accounts are automatically set up for financial transactions, reducing manual intervention and potential errors.
5) Customizable Company Profiles: Members can now upload their company logos to their profiles, enhancing their public and internal brand presence.
6) Mobile Visit Management: Manage your visits directly from your mobile device, adding convenience to your day-to-day operations. This mobile-first approach ensures you stay on top of your schedule, no matter where you are.
7) Customizable Check-In Messages: Tailor your visitor’s check-in experience with Archie Visitors by customizing messages according to visitor type and language settings. This feature allows you to create a welcoming and personalized environment for every guest.
8) Half-Day Booking Options: Flexibility is at the core of modern workspaces. Introduce half-day booking capabilities for rooms, desks, and offices, providing your team with more options and control over their work environment.
9) Customizable Deal Pipeline: Take control of your sales process with customizable pipeline stages. Align your deal flow with your business strategies to ensure that your sales process is as efficient as possible.
10) New Plan Categories: Improve user navigation with newly added plan categories in your public store. This feature allows you to share specific links, making it easier for users to find exactly what they need.
11) CSV Export Filters: Improve data management by filtering the columns you want to export when generating CSV files. This enhancement allows for more targeted data analysis and reporting.
12) Group Archiving Options: Gain more control over group management with new archiving options. Choose whether to archive group members when archiving a group, allowing for better organization and data retention.
13) Group Permission Colors: Enhance clarity with color-coded group permissions. Assign a color to each permission group, making it easier to distinguish between them at a glance.
New integrations
14) Microsoft Teams: All of Archie’s functionalities are now embedded into Microsoft Teams. You can book desks, rooms and manage your workspace without leaving the Teams app. On top of that, Archie is also integrated into Outlook and Microsoft 365, which means any company running on Microsoft products can access Archie’s functionalities without leaving the tools they already use.
15) Archie Slackbot: Get notified of the events that matter the most with the Archie Slackbot. Your team will be able to see bookings and other updates directly on Slack, and even confirm bookings or release them with the click of a button.
16) Papercut MF: Expand your print management capabilities with our new Papercut MF integration, offering easy document management across your workspace.
17) Doorflow: Keep your presence log up-to-date with the new Doorflow integration, ensuring that visitor tracking is accurate and streamlined.
18) GoCardless: Introducing GoCardless as a new native payment provider, supporting Instant Bank pay (for one-off payments) and direct debit (for subscriptions). You can now use GoCardless alongside Stripe for a diverse and flexible payment system.
19) Google Analytics: You can install your own Google Analytics properties in your Archie web app and gain deeper insights into user behavior.
20) Google Tag Manager: You can install any digital analytics and marketing solution with Google Tag Manager by simply adding your script into your Archie app.
Integration updates
21) Kisi: Enjoy native support for Kisi’s tap-to-unlock feature. Your users can now unlock doors without opening the Archie app, and without installing the Kisi app at all. Simply keep tap the phone against the reader, with access permissions always in-sync across the two platforms.

22) Salto: We released the tap to unlock functionality on Salto as well, along with a new visitor access integration via Salto Pods.
23) Custom Door Access Integration: Secure your workspace with custom door access integration. Using the Archie API, link your door access provider to your mobile app, allowing clients to open doors seamlessly and securely.
24) Ezeep Blue Integration: Migrate from Ezeep Legacy to Ezeep Blue effortlessly. Our integration ensures that the migration process begins automatically, minimizing disruptions and ensuring a smooth transition.
25) Custom Payment Processor: Build your own checkout page by integrating your preferred payment provider using the Archie API. This customization allows you to create a seamless payment experience tailored to your business needs.
26) API and Webhook Updates: Stay connected with our latest API and webhook updates. Subscribe to changes in real-time to keep track of bookings, invoices, and subscriptions, ensuring you never miss a beat.
Usability improvements
27) Updated Abandonment Protection Policy: Security is key, and our updated abandonment protection policy reflects that. We’ve reduced the minimum period for abandoned protection to just 15 minutes, ensuring quicker response times and heightened security.
28) Multi-Location Switching: For businesses with multiple locations, switching between them is now easier than ever. This enhanced multi-location feature ensures smooth transitions and better management across different sites.
29) QR Code Enhancements: Speed up check-ins with our new QR code feature in the mobile app. This feature not only identifies users quickly but also facilitates walk-in registrations for a faster and smoother process.
30) Automatic User Role Switch with SSO: Streamline access processes with automatic user role switches when using Single Sign-On (SSO). This feature ensures that users are seamlessly transitioned from visitor to regular status, enhancing security and convenience.
31) Refund Process Update: Simplify the refund process for payments processed through Stripe or GoCardless. Choose between “Credit Card” or “Direct Debit” options, making the refund process more straightforward and eliminating confusion.
32) Subscription Upgrade Flexibility: Upgrade subscriptions easily, even after the cancellation date has passed. Additionally, modify the cancellation date as needed, providing more flexibility in managing subscriptions.
33) Invoice Description for Inventory: Provide detailed information by adding descriptions to invoices for inventory items. This feature ensures transparency and clarity in billing, improving the customer experience.
34) Client Password Reset Request: Enhance security and user convenience with the ability to send password reset requests directly to clients, helping them regain access to their accounts quickly and securely.
35) Enhanced Presence Log Export: Get more detailed information about building occupancy with new filters in the presence log export. This improvement provides better insights into who is in the building and when.
36) Resend Booking Details: Need to resend booking details? Now, you can do so effortlessly, ensuring that organizers and participants are always in the loop.
